Andrew Aglionby has over 30 years of experience as an arbitration lawyer, 17 of which were living in and working from Hong Kong. His focus is now acting as an arbitrator (sole, party appointed and as presiding arbitrator) in disputes concerning construction, technology, energy, commodities, shareholdings, joint ventures and more general international trade contracts.
Andrew is a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. Among other things, he is an arbitrator panel member of CIETAC and a panel mediator of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade/China Chamber of Commerce (CCPIT/CCIC) Mediation Centre.
